Road Ecology Center Raising its Profile

The Road Ecology Center has been partnering and collaborating with transportation, wildlife and other organizations for ~15 years. Our website and various web-based projects are one of the main ways that we engage with partners and the public. We provide advice on mitigating impacts to wildlife (https://roadecology.ucdavis.edu/research/projects/wildlife-crossing-manuals-and-wildlife-vehicle-conflict-data-collection), opportunities to particpate in observations of roadkill (https://wildlifecrossing.net) and live wildlife (https://wildlifeobserver.net), the study of sea level rise adaptation (https://sealevelrise.ucdavis.edu; https://hwy37.ucdavis.edu), and to search our online library (https://roadecology.ucdavis.edu/content/california-digital-librarys-escholarship-repository-road-ecology-center). February has been our best month to date, with over 2,500 unique visitors who carried out >9,000 page actions. Thanks to everyone for participatinng in our various projects through our websites and please keep enjoying our offerings.
