The University of Nevada Reno is home to many superb ecologists and engineers, making it a logical partner across the Sierra Nevada intot he Great Basin. We are partnering with UNR engineering faculty on novel methods to automatically track and identify wildlife approaching highways to reduce the chance of collision.
