I am interested in wildlife movement ecology and the impacts of environmental change. For my Ph.D. research, I am investigating these aspects on songbirds using data from stable isotopes, GPS telemetry and citizen-science data. I received a BS and MS in Biology from UC San Diego where I studied habitat fragmentation and edge effects on native species. Before coming to UC Davis, I spent ~14 years working both around the country and abroad in the conservation ecology field. For the Road Ecology Center, I am evaluating whether native wildlife use proposed habitat linkages across the CA desert.
