Bio

Bruce Markman is a 4th year undergrad studying Wildlife, Fish, & Conservation Biology and GIS. Bruce is interested in utilizing GIS and field research to solve questions pertaining to road ecology and human-wildlife conflicts. Bruce has been the chapter representative for The Wildlife Society UC Davis Student Chapter for the past three years and enjoys mountain biking, playing guitar, and volunteering for local conservation groups in his free time. This summer, Bruce will be working as a Scientific Aid for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and as a research fellow for the National Center for Sustainable Transportation.
