I am a second-year Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology major hoping to work in wildlife conservation and environmental planning. Since elementary school, I have been interested in endangered species protection and habitat restoration. Since coming to Davis, I have learned that assessing human-wildlife conflicts are crucial to planning conservation strategies for many species, and traffic collisions are one of the major issues in this field. I am aiming to learn effective conservation strategies to keep wildlife populations healthy.
