Jackson Yakos
Bio

Hello! My name is Jackson Yakos. I am a 4th-year Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology student here at Davis. I am from San Diego, California, where I become destined to study wildlife from visiting the zoo every week. The realm of my expertise so far has come from working with salmon and delta smelt over at the Fangue Lab, and from helping Dr. John Eadie with the Wood Duck Nest Box Project. I am always looking to expand my knowledge and experience working with different field methods and species, which is why I am very excited to be joining the Road Ecology Center team. If you're ever looking for me, I'm probably out birding, fishing, hiking, or playing video games.
