Bio
Hi! My name is Sofia, and I am an undergraduate at UC Davis majoring in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology. I am interested in understanding and mitigating human–wildlife conflict in urban environments and developing effective management strategies to address them. I am especially passionate about conserving endangered species and applying genetic and genomic tools to preserve their populations. Overall, I strive to strengthen both the physical and psychological connections between human and wildlife communities, promoting coexistence and resilience for all.
